Where do gifts advertised in ProdiGift come from?

Gifts are provided by a range of trusted partners and ProdiGift offers a unique platform acting as a single place to locate, send and exchange gifts.

Is it possible to exchange gifts?

All gifts sent on ProdiGift can be exchanged, no questions asked! Our mission is your satisfaction and we'll exchange any gift that you haven't benefited from yet.

Authentication

Is authentication required?

Authentication is not required but allows you to save your contacts for future use. Because there are so many occasions during the year to give gifts, we've designed a gift experience that makes it easy to send original gifts regularly.

What is guest mode?

Not sure if you want to log in to send a gift? Guest mode allows you to send gifts without signing in. However any recipient details you'll enter will be lost if you want to send another gift later on.

What are my data used for?

Your login details are used by Google / Twitter / Facebook to grant you, and only you, access to your contact list. The only personal data saved on ProdiGift are your contact list, if you wish to log in.

Why is Facebook login not working?
If you've already logged in once with Google and you try to log in with a Facebook account linked to the same email address, it may not work as your email is already registered. In this case, you'll have to log in with Google and not Facebook.

Payment

Is payment safe?

Payment is handled by Stripe, certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 by a PCI-certified auditor.

What currencies can I pay in?

Currently on euros are accepted but we're working on adding further currencies in the future.
